Through the centuries, families have joined around tables to break bread, inextricable to our humanity as anything. The Neapolitan pizza style evokes this feeling; it’s a way of life. It evokes a florid, bountiful Italy: the spirited markets and robust plazas, the inviting aromas and tastes that are at the heart of Naples.
The interior and exterior experience will take the essence of this ideology in the designed space, while showcasing the essence of a casual fun family-forward Italian experience, which will begin with a welcoming storefront, nodding to a pizza-forward concept and be further complimented by a simple, warm and casual interior palette.
Food & Beverage Concept Development
“Ciao Neopoli”. Built around a wood-fired oven, this concept brings elevated pizza to the mountains. Indeed, the gourmet pizzas will shine against the fresh, clean-lined interiors—a comfortable space for guests to relax and savor. The menu itself will be in three sections: antipasta, insalate, and pizza. Fresh salads and a house mozzarella program complement a fun list of natural wines. Guests who have to eat on the move can take their meal to go as they head to their next adventure.
