Founder & Creative Director
Robert leads narrative direction and strategic positioning across the studio’s work. His approach is grounded in the belief that hospitality environments succeed when story, service, and operational reality are aligned.
He works closely with owners and operators navigating transformation — from repositioning legacy assets to shaping new hospitality concepts.
Justin Colombik
Founder & Design Director
Justin co-leads the studio’s creative vision and narrative development, directing the design of hospitality environments where storytelling, spatial experience, and operational purpose intersect.
He leads the studio’s design team, overseeing interior architecture, materiality, and design execution while working closely with RoseBernard Studio’s internal purchasing team to align procurement, fabrication, and installation with the overall design intent.
