Alpine Hall

Interior Design/Branding/F&B Concept

Vero Beach, Florida

Alpine Hall takes design cues from the unique pioneer spirit of both the Logger and Civilian Conservation Corps who tamed the natural landscape. From its early days as a logging town to the development of mountainside trails by the CCC, Stowe has always embodied a pioneering, trailblazing, and inventive spirit. It was this same spirit that helped skiing find its home in Stowe.

The restaurant like its historic trailblazers carves a new path by celebrating its logger history from the Mountain Logger through the years of the CCC residents—from their emblematic fittings and tools to the proudly-crafted textures reflecting their enduring pioneer legacy and spirit.

Food & Beverage Concept Development

Alpine Hall is grounded in source—where proximity to growers and makers defines the menu. Ingredients are selected with intention and handled simply, allowing clarity and seasonality to lead rather thanvariety or excess.

The environment reflects that approach. Communal tables, an open plan, and a central bar create a space that feels social and unforced. Guests move easily between ordering, dining, and returning. The experience is direct, familiar, and shaped by place rather than presentation.

Brand & Identity Development

Nostalgia is an essential element of ski culture, a vital interplay between past and present. Generations visit the same slopes year after year, milestones are marked with new children and grandchildren. Traditions are passed down, based in the golden memories of another time.

Traditions are not fossilized, however; instead, they are updated and linked to the modern moment, timeless and iconic.
