Bar Fellini - Bianca Nera
Interior Design
Italy's cocktail culture is anchored by two enduring classics: the Martini and the Negroni. At Bar Fellini, they become two expressions of a single idea. Bianca captures the Martini's precision, clarity, and restraint; Nera reflects the Negroni's depth, bitterness, and allure. Together, they establish an identity defined by contrast and give the space a character entirely its own.
A palette of black, white, and soft gray recalls the graphic clarity of 1960s Italian cinema. Tailored details are balanced by warm light and an understated soundtrack, creating an atmosphere that feels polished and easy. Guests are equally at home in casual dress or a perfectly cut suit.
Food & Beverage Concept Development
The food and beverage program interprets the Italian aperitivo through handcrafted cocktails, shareable plates, and elevated comfort dishes. Familiar flavors are presented with a contemporary point of view, allowing the menu to move naturally from an early evening drink to a full meal while reinforcing the bar's refined, convivial character.
Brand & Identity Development
The Bianca Nera identity is built around the tension between Martini and Negroni: light and dark, precision and intensity. Black, white, and deep crimson are paired with disciplined typography and tactile materials to create a cohesive visual system. Menus, printed collateral, and environmental details carry the same identity throughout the guest experience.
