DRIFT is designed as a fluid, all-day environment where multiple experiences overlap without interruption. Bar, dining, and grab-and-go exist within a shared space, allowing guests to move freely depending on time, mood, and need.
Circulation is open and intuitive, supporting a natural shift from day into evening. The bar anchors the room, while surrounding zones offer different ways to engage. Materials draw from the Southern California coast—not literally, but through tone, light, and a sense of ease.

Inspired by the natural beauty and surf culture of the Southern California Coast, the seasonal menus at DRIFT highlight regional ingredients and healthful food served artfully. Featuring indoor seating and an outdoor patio with firepits, enjoy a crafted cocktail or range of dynamic dishes in a modern setting.

Drift Eat & Drink features a color palette inspired by the natural beauty and surf culture of the Southern California Coast. The format of the seasonal menus at DRIFT highlight regional ingredients and healthful eating. A refined brand identity, and tabletop accents evoke a relaxed coastal attitude the embodies the surf and sand lifestyle.
