Hilton Europe approached RoseBernard Studio to create three distinct F&B concepts that can be implemented into any of their European hotels. Lifestyle, resort, and urban concepts were designed for a multi-use space comprised of a lobby lounge, bar, and three meal restaurant and meant to operate in zones rather than act as separate venues.
All three concepts had a core inspiration, the idea of sobremesa meaning, time spent around the table after lunch or dinner, talking to the people you shared the meal with. From warm woods, diverse seating areas, and touches of greenery, the space lends itself to a casual residential atmosphere.
