Aveo is located in the heart of the St. Regis Monarch Beach. The restaurant and bar spaces inspire guests to gather around the table, share a meal and enjoy a brief escape into the dolce vida lifestyle of the Mediterranean while taking in the beauty of the region.
Part & Parcel
Part & Parcel marketplace offers up resort-grown herbs and honey, alongside a number of ingredient-focused, satisfying take away options. In addition to designing the two interior spaces, RoseBernard Studio created unique brand identities for five new F&B outlets: Aveo, Part & Parcel, Westwind Terrace, Sombra and 33N.
