Alpine Hall

Interior Design/Branding/F&B Concept

Vero Beach, Florida

Alpine Hall takes design cues from the unique pioneer spirit of both the Logger and Civilian Conservation Corps who tamed the natural landscape. Since its early days as a logging town, later being home to settling families, the spirit of Stowe has always been the pioneering spirit, the trailblazing spirit, the inventive spirit. That spirit was nurtured further by the Civilian Conservation Corps (CCC) developing the mountain side trails we know today. It did not take long for many towns people to become hooked on a strange new sport, and skiing found its home in Stowe.

The restaurant like its historic trailblazers carves a new path by celebrating its logger history from the Mountain Logger through the years of the CCC residents—from their emblematic fittings and tools to the proudly-crafted textures reflecting their enduring pioneer legacy and spirit.

Food & Beverage Concept Development

At Alpine Hall we celebrate Vermont mountain culture by bringing the work of our region’s best growers, farmers, makers and artisans to our family tables and grand bar. Chef Sean Blomgren has crafted a simple, yet highly elevated menu that combines the best ingredients and a hand-crafted ethos.

Brand & Identity Development

Nostalgia is an essential element of ski culture, a vital interplay between past and present. Generations visit the same slopes year after year, milestones are marked with new children and grandchildren. Traditions are passed down, based in the golden memories of another time.

Traditions are not fossilized, however; instead, they are updated and linked to the modern moment, timeless and iconic.
