This indoor/outdoor hangout will feel like gathering at a relaxed down-home picnic, complete with indoor smoker. Guests will place an order at the counter, grab a beer from the old kitchen sink filled with ice, and pick a seat at the communal table—dining in classic American style.

The food program will be take-out and delivery friendly. The whiskey and beer-focused beverage program will offer frozen drinks, a 12-15 seat bar, and a few TVs. Communal games like ring swing, pop-a-shot, and pinball will enliven the space.
